I work with people who are determined to make changes in their life. They are often navigating, or emerging from, life's most difficult passages. My approach is focused on helping them to find clarity, strength, and a way forward that is truly their own.

Develop dynamic resilience

VIA-TIS – the path and the weaving.

VIA (Latin noun referring to a physical route or a figurative journey) is the path we choose, the direction we decide to walk, the ground we commit to covering.

TIS (derived from Tisser – a French verb meaning “to weave”) is the weaving. We are each given certain threads — the circumstances of our birth, the things that happen to us, the aspects of ourselves we did not choose. We cannot control those. But alongside them run the threads we can choose to include or exclude, those we can enhance and strengthen. The greatest area of our influence — the place where change is most possible — is in these choices and in how we weave it all together.

This is what dynamic resilience looks like in practice – the active, creative work of making something whole from all that we have and all that we are. My role is to walk alongside you for this part of your unique journey.

WHAT IS DYNAMIC RESILIENCE?

Resilience is often talked about as strength — the ability to endure. But endurance alone is static.

Dynamic resilience is more fluid. It is about integrating all the aspects of who you are — your thoughts, your body, your relationships, your passions, your social world, your basic human needs — so that you can respond to difficulty rather than just withstand it. Move with change rather than against it. Draw energy from what sustains you. Enjoy the good when it comes. Actively choosing your life — self-determination — which I believe to be at the heart of human flourishing.

It is resilience as a way of being fully alive.

YOU MAY BE HERE BECAUSE

Something has shifted — or broken — and you're not sure how to move forward.

The foundations of your life may feel unstable. Things - even simple ones - might feel unmanageable. Maybe you have lost sight of who you are or who you would like to be. Perhaps you are trying to figure out what life you would like to lead.

This is not weakness — it is the human condition. And it is exactly where this work begins.

This approach is not for a particular type of person. The tools and the thinking are universal. But it is for people who want more than a quick fix. It is for people who are drawn to a holistic way of working that takes the whole of their life seriously. It is for individuals who understand that only they can make decisions about their life and who want to live more fully.

MY APPROACH

Grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and lived experience

I typically work with people over six to eight weekly sessions. This timeframe is long enough to address what is urgent, to go beneath the surface, and to set the foundations for a shift in mindset — the overarching aim is your independence.

Throughout our work together, I am explicitly thinking about how the insights and tools we develop are transferable. The goal is that you leave with an internal coaching mindset — the capacity to notice, reflect, and navigate life with more ease and self assurance.

My coaching practice has its roots in insight gained from working in different fields: management consultancy, end-of-life care, mental health, metacognition, trauma-informed training, and coaching methodology. This range means that I can move between the strategic and the granular — from the big picture of your life to the precise detail of a word, a feeling or a moment. It is also why I work with a broad range of clients — across age, gender and background. The tools are universal; what matters is understanding how to apply them to the specifics of an individual life. I provide the scaffolding and you set the direction and shape.

My practice is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware, and I work with clients in English, Spanish, and French.

ABOUT ME

Natalia Londoño

I began my career in management consultancy after graduating in Economics from the LSE. Over time my focus shifted — to family, then to community work in education, mental health, and end-of-life care. In my coaching I draw on insight from all of these fields.

In 2019 I trained as an executive coach with Catalyst14, an EMCC accredited training provider. Since then, I have undertaken further training accredited by the EMCC, the Association for Coaching and the Personalised Care Institute.

My own life has held deep change, rupture, and repair.

I know what it is to have the foundations of a life fall apart — and to face the long, non-linear work of rebuilding. Not with a pretence that the loss did not happen, but with the honest belief that it is possible to build something truer out of the rubble. That it is possible to live fully, even in the midst of complexity. My belief in the power of building dynamic resilience through coaching comes from this lived experience.

It is the intersection of the lived experience and studied theory that enriches my perspective.

Coaching in English, Spanish & French — many clients find deeper clarity when they can work in their mother tongue.

I am a member of EMCC & Association of Coaching · I adhere to their codes of ethics · I undertake regular supervision & ongoing professional development · Trauma-informed · Neurodiversity-aware · BSc Economics, LSE

VIA-TIS is also a ceramic practice. It embodies the philosophy which underpins my coaching work.

The photos on this site are from my ceramic creations. I often work with different clays — allowing them to interweave, working with the clay body to create organic shapes. I uncover the hidden beauty that lies below the surface. Most pieces are left unglazed — they do not need anything else. It is this which makes each one a gift. Nothing is hidden. Everything is held together and belongs.

The finished pieces are never fully planned; they emerge and are uncovered in the process of being created and existing, as are we.

THIS IS NOT THERAPY

Coaching and therapy are different disciplines, and it is important to be clear about that.

What trauma-informed awareness brings to coaching is insight — a more sophisticated understanding of how our history shapes our patterns, our language, and our felt experience. It changes the quality of the conversation and means that insight from your past can provide you with clarity and a better way to create lasting change.

But coaching is fundamentally forward-looking. The orientation is not: what happened to you, and why? It is: yes, these things happened, and they have shaped you — now, how do you want to live your life?

For some people, therapeutic support to explore and process their history is important — and I would always say so honestly if I felt that was the case. Coaching and therapy are not in competition. They can complement each other. What matters is that you have the right support for your specific needs and circumstances.

"Therapy didn't feel like the answer. I wasn't looking to reminisce or unpack the past. Coaching gave me the space I needed."

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT COACH

There are many coaches. Finding the right one for you is essential — because the quality of the relationship is central to the quality of the work.

When you are exploring who to work with, I would suggest thinking about four things:

Philosophy — Does the way this coach thinks about people and about change resonate with you? Do their values feel aligned with yours?

Way of working — Does their approach make sense for what you need? Are they structured or fluid? Directive or exploratory? Neither is better — but one may suit you more.

How it feels to speak with them — This is perhaps the most important thing and the hardest to assess without actually having a conversation. Do you feel heard? Do you feel safe enough to be honest? Do you leave the call feeling something shifted, even slightly?

Try before you decide — Most coaches offer a short introductory call at no cost. I would encourage you to speak with more than one before choosing. A good coach will not be threatened by that. I offer a free 30-minute discovery call for exactly this reason. If you are still not sure, book a one-off session, be clear that you want to see how coaching works and what it feels like to work with them. You don’t have to commit to a package before being sure it is right for you.

And then, once you are working together, expect excellence — You are making a significant investment in time, effort and money. You have every right to expect excellence from your coach and to say so if something isn't working.

I explicitly ask my clients what they need from me in our working dynamic — at the start of the relationship and at the beginning of each session. I also ask for written feedback after each session. This has been a rich and invaluable resource in my practice.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Who do you work with? Anyone who wants a holistic approach to change. There is no particular profile — the tools and the thinking are genuinely universal. What my clients tend to have in common is not a type of problem, but a determination to engage seriously with their lives and with the process.

How many sessions will I need? I generally work with people over six to eight sessions. We agree the shape of the work in our first session, based on what you bring. The aim throughout is your growing independence — not an open-ended arrangement.

Do you work online or in person? Both. Sessions are 70 minutes long, online or face-to-face, and can be conducted in English, Spanish, or French.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy? Coaching is forward-looking. It starts from where you are now and works toward where you want to be. Therapy tends to work more with the past — exploring and processing history and its roots. Both have real value, and they can complement each other. If at any point I feel therapeutic support would serve you better or alongside coaching, I will say so.

How do I know if you are the right coach for me? Book a free discovery call. Thirty minutes, no commitment. You will know more from a conversation than from any amount of reading — and so will I. If I feel that I am not the right person for you, I will tell you and try to signpost you to someone who might be a better fit.

What does it cost? Sessions are £75 / CHF85 for 70 minutes. A concessionary rate is available where the standard fee would be a barrier — just ask.

If you have any other questions, please get in touch.

Testimonials

When I first reached out to Natalia, I was in a fog and feeling completely overwhelmed. I felt stuck. Therapy didn’t feel like the answer to my situation, having done a fair amount of that in the past. I wasn’t looking to reminisce, or unpack the past. The tense aspects of my life were current, and therefore more urgent, and I really wasn’t sure how to move forward. Coaching really allowed me the space to take stock of my situation, and Natalia is a phenomenal listener. She was able to draw from her experiences in a way that was nurturing, considering my life more holistically we were able to establish some healthy tools that I could apply to various situations. A big part of that was being curious, setting intentions and noticing what was going on around me - paired with Natalia’s knowledge and guidance. By the end of the 6 weeks, I have a much greater sense of ease in my life.

Craig, UK

It’s really lifted my spirits... gives me a feel good factor and makes me want to invest time in myself. The 'Wheel of Life' exercise... was a sort of Eureka! moment, because it allowed me to reflect on my current situation – attitude/priorities and see what was important in my life. Just being able to make that switch from – 'I want to do it'... and actually getting on with it... That’s amazing.

Anna, France

Natalia had absolute commitment to my wellbeing and learning. She challenged my thinking from a position of love, and her process equipped me with the tools to self-coach, empowering me to get sustainable results.

Amanda, UK

I’d have a thousand thoughts going through my head... Natalia helped me go into each session with a clear mind and a clear objective. She helped me stop thinking about what I can’t control, and focus on what I can. Now I actually celebrate my wins — instead of brushing past them like they don’t count.
