YOU MAY BE HERE BECAUSE

Something has shifted — or broken — and you want to shape what comes next.

The foundations of your life may feel unstable. Things — even simple ones — might feel unmanageable. Maybe you have lost sight of who you are or who you would like to be. Perhaps you are trying to figure out what life you would like to lead.

This is not weakness — it is the human condition. And it is exactly where this work begins.

This approach is for you if you want more than a quick fix. If you are drawn to a holistic way of working that takes the whole of your life seriously, and you understand that only you can make changes happen, then I can accompany you as you build the life you want, and develop the dynamic resilience to sustain it.

“I’d have a thousand thoughts going through my head… Natalia helped me go into each session with a clear mind and a clear objective.”
— Emily, UK

What is dynamic resilience?

Resilience is often talked about as strength — the ability to endure. But endurance alone is static.

Dynamic resilience is more fluid.

It is about integrating all the aspects of who you are — your thoughts, your body, your relationships, your passions, your social world, your basic human needs — so that you can respond to difficulty rather than just withstand it.

It means that you can move with change rather than against it, draw energy from what sustains you, and enjoy the good when it comes.

Dynamic resilience allows you to actively choose your life — self-determination — which I believe to be at the heart of human flourishing.

It is resilience as a way of being fully alive.

“Small tweaks in my thoughts have shifted my attitude. I am more relaxed, I am less reactive, I am kinder to others as well as myself and I just feel ‘lighter’ and more open with a renewed sense of optimism.”
— JG, UK

MY APPROACH

Grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and lived experience

Together, these allow us to address what is urgent, go beneath the surface, and set the foundations for a shift in mindset.

The overarching aim is your independence. Throughout our work together, I am explicitly thinking about how the insights and tools we develop are transferable, so that you leave with an internal coaching mindset — the capacity to notice, reflect, and navigate life with more ease and self-assurance.

My coaching practice draws on experience in end-of-life care, mental health, management consultancy, and education, and on training in coaching and trauma-informed practice. This range means that I can move between the strategic and the granular — from the big picture of your life to the precise detail of a word, a feeling, or a moment.

My training has given me an understanding of the psychology and neuroscience that underpin coaching: from how fear and shame affect the way we think and act, to the links between language, memory, and imagination. This understanding helps me uncover what is holding you back — often, at the heart of it are the things we, as human beings, fear most. My experience across all of these fields means I can sit with you in the discomfort of facing them, so that you can learn to hold the fear and still act.

I provide the scaffolding, and you set the direction and shape.

The structure for working together

1. Free discovery call

A 30-minute conversation to see if we are a good fit, with no obligation to continue.

2. First session and plan

A 90-minute session to explore where you are, clarify your goals, and agree how we will work together.

3. Five further sessions

Weekly 70-minute sessions, online or in person, shaped around your goals and what is particular to you.

4. Your own inner coach

You continue with dynamic resilience — stronger and better equipped than when you started. If your circumstances call for further support, you can add more sessions.

ABOUT ME

My own life has held deep change, rupture, and repair.

I know what it is to have the foundations of a life fall apart — and to face the long, non-linear work of rebuilding. Not with a pretence that the loss did not happen, but with the honest belief that it is possible to build something truer out of the rubble. That it is possible to live fully, even in turmoil.
This is where my belief in dynamic resilience comes from. It led me to coaching — first for myself. VIA-TIS grew out of this.

VIA-TIS – the path and the weaving.

VIA, from the Latin for a route or a journey, is the path we choose, the direction we decide to walk, the ground we commit to covering.

TIS, from the French tisser, “to weave”, is the weaving. We are each given certain threads — the circumstances of our birth, the things that happen to us, the aspects of ourselves we did not choose. We cannot control those. But alongside them run the threads we can choose to include or exclude, those we can strengthen. The greatest area of our influence — the place where change is most possible — is in these choices and in how we weave it all together.

This is what dynamic resilience looks like in practice — the active, creative work of making something whole from all that we have and all that we are. My role is to walk alongside you for this part of your journey.

“…I could feel Natalia walking alongside me every step of the journey.”
— Kay, UK

I am also a ceramicist. My work in clay embodies the philosophy that underpins my coaching.

The ceramic pieces pictured on this site are my own. I often use different clays, allowing them to interweave, and work with the clay body to create organic shapes. I uncover what lies below the surface. Most pieces are left unglazed — they do not need anything else. Nothing is hidden. Everything is held together and belongs.

The finished pieces are never fully planned; they emerge in the making, as do we.

Career and training

I began my career in management consultancy after graduating in Economics from the LSE. Over time, my focus shifted to raising my children, alongside community work in education, mental health, and end-of-life care.

In 2019, I completed an EMCC-accredited coaching programme with Catalyst14. In 2026, I completed EHCAP’s Mindful Emotion Coaching Programme, which brings the science of emotions and the stress response into coaching. It is accredited by the EMCC at Foundation level and by the Personalised Care Institute at Health and Wellbeing Coach Level Three.

I have also undertaken further training accredited by the Association for Coaching. I am currently working towards practitioner-level accreditation with the EMCC and the Association for Coaching. As an affiliate of both bodies, I adhere to their codes of ethics, undertake regular supervision, and continue my professional development.

THIS IS NOT THERAPY

Coaching and therapy are different disciplines. Coaching is fundamentally forward-looking. The question is not: what happened to you, and why? It is: yes, these things happened, and they have shaped you — now, how do you want to live your life?

The past still has a place. Trauma-informed awareness helps me understand how your history shapes your patterns, language, and the way you experience things in the body. That understanding deepens the quality of our conversations, and it means that insight from your past can bring you clarity and help you create lasting change.

For some people, therapeutic support to explore and process their history is important. If I feel that therapy would serve you better, or alongside our work, I will tell you and help you find it. Coaching and therapy are not in competition; they can complement each other. What matters is that you have the right support for you.

“Working with Natalia was a genuinely transformative experience at a time when I felt overwhelmed and unsure about how to move forward with starting my own coaching business.

From the very onset, the coaching felt supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental, and I could feel Natalia walking alongside me every step of the journey. The coaching created a safe space where I could be honest about my doubts and ideas without pressure or fear of being “behind.”

The sessions helped me break down what initially felt overwhelming into manageable steps, giving me greater clarity, confidence, and focus around starting my own coaching business. What once felt like a big, unclear goal quickly became something I could actually see myself doing, step by step.

I also valued the balance between encouragement and practical accountability, which helped me organise my thoughts and take more consistent action toward my goals. Natalia didn’t just help me feel better about my ideas - she helped me turn them into action.

By the end of the 6 weeks with Natalia, I came away feeling more capable, trusting of myself, and clear on the direction I want to take. Overall, the coaching experience was brilliant, and it has given me a solid foundation to move forward with confidence in building my own coaching practice. Natalia is a phenomenal coach.”
— Kay, UK
“When I first reached out to Natalia, I was in a fog and feeling completely overwhelmed. I felt stuck. Therapy didn’t feel like the answer to my situation, having done a fair amount of that in the past. I wasn’t looking to reminisce, or unpack the past. The tense aspects of my life were current, and therefore more urgent, and I really wasn’t sure how to move forward. Coaching really allowed me the space to take stock of my situation, and Natalia is a phenomenal listener. She was able to draw from her experiences in a way that was nurturing, considering my life more holistically we were able to establish some healthy tools that I could apply to various situations. A big part of that was being curious, setting intentions and noticing what was going on around me - paired with Natalia’s knowledge and guidance. By the end of the 6 weeks, I have a much greater sense of ease in my life.”

TESTIMONIALS

“Working with Natalia has been an amazing journey of discovery and  has helped me to reconnect with parts of myself I had forgotten with the stress of work, caring for my elderly mother, going through the menopause and many family bereavements. Creating a better work/life balance with time for myself was eluding me. Coaching with Natalia has encouraged and challenged me to scrutinise the ‘operating manual’ of my thoughts and behaviours and I have made changes such as being kinder to myself, not just with words but with actions; recognising how much I am already doing and making new decisions aligned to my values. I used to have way too many things on my ‘to do’ list. Now I have 3 most important things to do each day and I find that I am more relaxed, more efficient, sleep better and feel more present each day. It has helped me to understand myself better; where I sabotage my efforts due to being self-judgemental and critical.  Small tweaks in my thoughts have shifted my attitude. I am more relaxed, I am less reactive, I am kinder to others as well as myself and I just feel ‘lighter’ and more open with a renewed sense of optimism. ”
— JG, UK
“It’s really lifted my spirits... gives me a feel good factor and makes me want to invest time in myself. The ‘Wheel of Life’ exercise... was a sort of Eureka! moment, because it allowed me to reflect on my current situation – attitude/priorities and see what was important in my life. Just being able to make that switch from – ‘I want to do it’... and actually getting on with it... That’s amazing.”

“I’d have a thousand thoughts going through my head... Natalia helped me go into each session with a clear mind and a clear objective. She helped me stop thinking about what I can’t control, and focus on what I can. Now I actually celebrate my wins — instead of brushing past them like they don’t count.”
