When I first reached out to Natalia, I was in a fog and feeling completely overwhelmed. I felt stuck. Therapy didn’t feel like the answer to my situation, having done a fair amount of that in the past. I wasn’t looking to reminisce, or unpack the past. The tense aspects of my life were current, and therefore more urgent, and I really wasn’t sure how to move forward. Coaching really allowed me the space to take stock of my situation, and Natalia is a phenomenal listener. She was able to draw from her experiences in a way that was nurturing, considering my life more holistically we were able to establish some healthy tools that I could apply to various situations. A big part of that was being curious, setting intentions and noticing what was going on around me - paired with Natalia’s knowledge and guidance. By the end of the 6 weeks, I have a much greater sense of ease in my life.
