I began my career in management consultancy after earning a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics. Over time, my focus shifted to my family and to community-based work — in education, mental health, and end-of-life care.
My own life has held deep change, rupture, and repair. These experiences shape how I work and ground my belief that it is possible to live fully, even in the midst of uncertainty, pain, and complexity.
I trained as a coach and group facilitator with Catalyst 14, a leading UK executive coaching consultancy. I’m now completing further training in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-inclusive coaching with ehcap, and working towards accreditation with the EMCC.
