My name is Natalia Londoño, I am a trained coach and group facilitator, specialising in trauma-informed coaching. I adhere to the EMCC code of conduct and so undertake regular supervision and ongoing professional development. I support individuals with diverse cognitive profiles and tailor my approach to different neurotypes.

I began my career in management consultancy after earning a BSc in Economics from the LSE. Over time, my focus shifted to my family and then community-based roles in education, mental health, and end-of-life care. In my coaching work, I draw on insight from these different fields to offer a rigorous and well-informed practice.

My own life has held deep change, rupture and repair. These experiences shape how I work and ground my belief that it is possible to live fully even in the midst of complexity. We are able to constantly build and strengthen the foundations of our wellbeing - even in traumatic circumstances. These foundations enable us to live with greater stability, meaning and joy.

I predominantly coach in English, with the option to work in Spanish or French. Many clients find they reach deeper clarity and emotional ease when they’re able to express themselves in their mother tongue.
